Comment Policy

thebearcat.net is an open forum that welcomes and encourages visitors to express their opinions about content posted to the Web site. However, if a comment violates the policy set by thebearcat.net, the organization reserves the right to remove it.

We will remove any comments that:

* Are abusive, harassing, threatening, or vulgar
* Contain spam or advertising
* Are blatantly disruptive to the Monta Vista community
* Are obscene or libelous
* Are fraudulent

In addition, any violent or threatening comments will be reported to school authorities for proper disciplinary action.
